American Girl Task Force (1)

Prologue to Broken Ambitions

The burning smoke of the fire was so hot that it brought tears to one’s eyes and parched one’s throat.

KNOCK KNOCK…

The huge red Zeppelin, the world’s first armed military launch, had exploded into flames. The ship that used to dominate the skies is now plummeting towards the ground, and even its owner, me, cannot save it from its fate…

The plan to conquer the world has now been a total failure. It is gratifying to know that the abominations that have shattered my plans are not immune to the consequences of their own making.

My name is Irene, and I am the leader of the Holy Rosicrucian Order.

The steam engine of the flying boat had burned down, and I, covered with gunshot wounds and blood, was bound to burn to ashes and sink to the bottom of the sea with the charred wreckage of the flying boat.

But it doesn’t matter, my soul is indestructible, and as long as my body is still intact, once I return to the House of Elves, it won’t be difficult to revive me…

The only thing that hangs me up nowadays are those abominations!

Michael, Jill, Kim… the Princetons – the ones who took the Fifth Element from us…

Chapter 1: The Gemstone That Fell from the Sky

In October, 1867, and three months before the ‘mysterious crash of the flying boat’ in the Straits of Dover, London, on a certain night.

Recently, a rumbling noise of unknown origin can be heard every day in the City of London, and although Londoners have gradually been able to get used to this noise, it seems to be particularly loud this evening.

“Nasty noise! It’s so loud you can’t sleep!”

Private investigator Mike B. Plimpton muttered a complaint. The noise was headache-inducing, knowing that not even thick walls could stop it, let alone this cheap rental apartment.

But he remained undeterred and closed the window tightly.

“Even though ‘sleep deprivation is the enemy of work’, I don’t even have a commissioned CASE in hand right now!”

CASE is to refer to the customer entrusted to investigate the case, Mike’s front door hung a small ‘Mike. Princeton Detective Agency ‘s signboard, but from that piece has been stripped raw  signboard, he seems to have been drinking for a while in the northwest wind.

Mike’s searching ability was not particularly outstanding, and he had a baby face, which could not give people the impression that he could be trusted; in addition, he often blurted out some jokes, which made people feel that he was even less like a detective. The only thing Mike can boast of is his ability to shoot a hundred times, but for some reason, he seems to be particularly averse to the use of guns, and it is for all these reasons that his office has been open for half a year, with almost no business coming through the door.

“It’s so depressing… Why don’t you just come and take care of the guns?”

He opened a drawer and took out a revolver, a gun called ‘The Peacemaker’, a famous gun and one that Mike was extremely fond of.

Mike took it in his hands and played with it.

“It’s ironic that it’s called a peacemaker when it’s clearly a weapon that kills!”

London at this time, no! It was all of England, in the midst of the Industrial Revolution.

Industry continued to grow rapidly, yet people paid a considerable price for prosperity.

The so-called Industrial Revolution refers to the mechanization of production techniques.

During this period, Britain, which was in a leading position in industrial development, was of course committed to the development of science, and although this initially led to a great increase in production and created great wealth for the people, the result of unrestricted development also caused great damage to the environment.

“When I open the window, I can’t see a single star in the sky, and all I can smell is the stench of dead fish…”

The continuously running steam engines emitted thick black smoke, leaking the sky into a grayish blackness. Soot filled the air, turning it into a deadly poisonous gas. Wastewater from the factories fouled the rivers, killing all life in the water.

Fish that were once alive and well in the crystal clear Thames have also become putrid carcasses.

Many of those who could not stand the harsh conditions moved to the countryside or simply emigrated. The only people who remained in London were the penniless commoners or those who had a love of London.

Law and order is also deteriorating! As many good people move away, there is an influx of undesirable elements who commit crimes.

“I don’t think this city is suitable for people of sound mind anymore! Especially lately, I’ve been unable to sleep at night because of the noise… I might as well take up farming in the countryside..! My indecisiveness is too much for a detective… I think it’s a mistake for those officials and noblemen to develop technology to fight other countries… it’s just a bad policy!”

“I think I’m getting dizzy from all this noise. The whole of London is a factory… hmm! The more I think about it, the more I can’t sleep. Why don’t we go for a drink?”

Mike moved to the bar.

If he hadn’t gone out at the moment, he might not have been able to meet up with the ‘jewel’ that had changed his life’s destiny.

At this very moment, the world’s earliest flying ship─’Zeppelin’-which had just recently been completed, was over London, and the vibrations from the power furnace and the impact of the huge hull rubbing against the air produced a common whine, and a loud sound was transmitted to the surface of the earth, and this was the ‘noisy noise’ of the This is the culprit of the ‘Noisy Noise’.

In the days before radar, the sky, shielded by black smoke, was an excellent testing ground for secret flights.

The interior of the ship depicts a rose-twisted cross, and ‘R.C.’ is inscribed near the bridge.

Characters in archaic characters, the ship and equipped with a number of large-caliber guns and a variety of weapons and equipment, similar to the decades after the great powers scramble to build a giant ship at sea quite.

Instead of a flying ship, it would be more appropriate to call it an ‘air battleship’.

In a generation before the introduction of large flying weapons, it was as if the sky was the Zeppelin’s exclusive courtyard.

Tonight, the Zeppelin flight tests are in their final stages, and the ship’s operating crews are indeed carrying out their tasks, and the next phase of the program is about to unfold after the flight tests have come to an end.

“All organs are in smooth operation, pressure in the ship is normal, speed is maintained at sixty-five percent, and all departmental instruments are functioning normally.” The Minister of Technology was making his routine report.

“Very well, proceed to the next program.” A red-haired woman stood at the top of the bridge giving orders, her arms wrapped around her chest.

She was the leader of the Rosicrucian Order, Irene. On the outside, she looks like she is only in her early twenties, but her eyes are steady and mature beyond her age.

She was majestically dressed in a black leather jacket and tight leather narrow skirt, similar to military dress.

Her costume was particularly striking in a time before there were female soldiers.

Beside her stood several similarly dressed women, all cadres of the Crusade, but they exuded a lustful delicacy that made the leader, Irene, look even more heroic and sacrosanct.

“It’s finally the final stage!” Creti, one of the senior cadres of the Crusade, said.

“Well, after the live-fire test of the cannon is over, we will be able to make a persuasive statement to the world, yo! This live-fire test also serves as a warning, so the leaders of each country will never be foolish enough to try to resist, they’ll submit to us.”

Unlike her previous harshness, Erin’s tone turned gentle, she was only like this with Creedy, not only because Creedy was her most trusted right hand man, but there seemed to be a special bond between the two.

“It’s as if I can foresee the shock of the people on the ground when they see the power of the light-mediated cannons! Our purification plan is finally coming to fruition!”

Creedy, who appeared to be older than Erin on the outside, had a sappy, childish tone.

“Yes… the beam of light we are about to emit… is like the light that elevates the soul… after that, we will be able to create a whole new world…”

Erin looked at Creedy with a slight smirk, signaling for her to stop talking.

Erin returned to her old serious demeanor.

“Inform the Org Ministry that seventy percent of the power is now being pumped into the cannon, and when it reaches the critical point, it will be tested for live fire.”

“Yes. “

The illumination in the bridge dimmed momentarily and the vibrations continued.

The ship’s main gun, the Light Cannon, is directly connected to the main power source, and the reactor is building up energy in preparation for conversion to light energy.

Now, with just half the power, it’s enough to destroy the entire island of Ireland, and is an extremely powerful optical weapon.

A constant vibrating sound indicates that everything is in order.

Suddenly…

“!?”

The vibrations stopped.

After a moment of silence, Creedy shouted, “What’s going on? The chief didn’t order it to stop?”

However, no one from the Ministry of Organs responded to her questions.

Startled, Creti looked to the bridge, where a technician was motionless with his eyes staring straight at the screen, apparently dead, and with his eyes rotting, his entire face exposed to the intense glare coming from the screen and gradually dissolved by the amplitude rays.

The other technicians began to shriek.

“No looking at the screen! Cut the line!”

“I know! Stop it!”

“Emergency cutoff of the light media maker! Switch the main power to steam engines!”

“The horsepower is too powerful to be fully controlled, we’re about to explode!!!”

“Then you guys have to figure it out! Idiot!”

“There are seventy-two seconds between the light-mediated cannons and firing, by which time the ship will be on fire!

“Close the gates quickly!”

The technicians were being hailed by the Crusade cadre, and the wide bridge was in a state of panic.

At this moment in time, Erin butted into the power center.

“Doctor, you did try to betray us!”

“Good! I won’t be at your mercy anymore!”

The old man known as ‘The Doctor’ had a vicious stare in his eyes and was pointing a gun straight at Erin.

“Go to hell!”

Touch! The sound of a gunshot rang out, and the bullet hit Erin squarely in the head of her left shoulder, and she immediately fell to the ground with a sound.

The old man held the gate with his hand and called out to the young girl beside him, “You escape while you can!”

“Grandpa, you come along too!”

Dr. Kim’s granddaughter, Jill, was a young, eighteen-year-old girl with long brown hair tied with a big bow, wearing a pure white lace shirt, very different from Erin’s coldness.

Jill wishes to escape with her grandfather, but Dr. King urges anxiously.

“I don’t matter! You run away!”

“I don’t want it!” Jill cried, shaking her head desperately, and the large jeweled pendant she wore on her chest shook more than a little.

“Jill, this ‘Shining Star’ must not fall into their hands, if they take it, your life will also…”

Suddenly, a cold voice sounded from behind.

“What do you want to do with ‘Shining Star’? Doc.”

“Erin! You’re not dead!?”

“I didn’t expect you to be such a good shot, I was too careless, I wasn’t disappointed that you didn’t kill me with one shot, was I? My left shoulder was probably shattered by you!”

Brush! Erin nimbly drew the golden pelt at her waist and immediately knocked the gun out of Dr. Kim’s hand.

“Hmph, you can’t change any tricks, can you? Surrender!”

“Do you still want to say ‘Trust me!’ This big lie of the century?”

Tick… Tick… Irene’s left shoulder bled profusely.

“You guessed it, I was about to say that.”

The gate opened with a sudden whirr, and a storm of wind suddenly blew into the cabin. Dr. King pulled on the door handle for support.

“Ah!” Under the gusting wind, Erin’s footing was unsteady and the golden pistol in her hand was swept out of the cabin.

Seeing the opportunity, Dr. King quickly pushed Jill out of the ship beside him.

“Grandpa~”

The young girl floats in the air with the ‘Shining Star’, a pure light medium crystal that is unique in the world.

Seeing that the parachute had opened smoothly on Jill, Dr. King closed the gate with peace of mind, muttering silent chants over and over.

“Mike, I’m counting on you for the rest! Be sure to… protect Jill…”

In an alleyway in London.

“Whew… I think I drank too much! I’m so hot, it’s a good way to keep out the cold wind.”

After a couple of martinis at the small bar he frequented, Mike pulled on the collar of his long coat and walked briskly in the direction of home.

“If I’d known it would be so cold, I should have stayed home… Right! There’s a little whiskey in the liquor cabinet, so I’ll have another drink and go to bed!”

When he reached the corner in front of the apartment, he found a few hooligan-looking men in a huddle, clamoring about something.

“To drink and make trouble in freezing weather, these guys are really not afraid of the cold…”

Mike walked up to see that the hooligans were pestering a teenage girl, their mouths netting obscenities.

“You behave yourself!”

“I’m tired of being annoyed by the noise and the stench of the Thames every day? So you’d better settle down and enjoy yourself!”

“If you guys want it so bad, why don’t you just go to a hooker? Wouldn’t that be better than a little girl like me?”

The young girl’s clothes have been torn, reflecting the moonlight white skin looks even more attractive, coupled with her unruly attitude, but also provoked the hooligans’ desire.

“So, you’re still a virgin Lo? Heh heh heh! Then let us English gentlemen let you experience what it’s like to be a man!”

“Waaaah! Don’t~”

Jill shed tears of fear, the thugs had completely removed her blouse, the naked jade peaks were stimulated by the cold wind to become even more erect, making it even more impossible for the lustful thugs to hold back.

“Whoa! I can’t take it anymore! Let’s settle this right here!”

“Umm… who is it?”

“Annoying!”

Jill looked back as a young man in his late twenties, wearing a long coat, approached.

“Hey! You’re blocking my way, please get out of the way.”

“What? You’re last in line if you want to get involved too!”

“Luckily, my gentlemanly ways are different from yours, this is the entrance to my house, so please get out of my way, or else…”

“What about it?”

“I had to ‘help the girl when I saw her’! Your behavior is not at all like a gentleman, a gentleman should respect women!” Mike said, and laughed out loud.

“Hey! Kid, you’re playing us for fools! Opening and closing your mouth with nonsense, don’t you want to live?” One of the thugs couldn’t help but roar loudly, and Mike still replied playfully.

“Don’t want to live? That’s right! Scum like you, no one will be sad if you die… If you know what’s good for you, get out of here!”

“Damn kid, let’s see me teach you a lesson!” The thug was furious and started to strike.

“Get outta here! Ouch! I haven’t even finished speaking, why are you hitting…”

Mike took a solid punch and fell to the ground, and it looked like a fight to the death was about to begin… Oops! No, no, no Michael was on the ground and couldn’t get up!

“┅┅This guy has this meaty foot!”

“Seeing how he was talking so loudly just now, I thought he was great!”

Gobble! Ba-la! Touch! Fists rained down on Mike’s body.

He didn’t just die, he just threw empty punches… just air punches. In fact, Mike was no good at fighting at all, so he was left defenseless.

Faced with this unresponsive one-sided attack, the rogues instead felt bored.

“Hmph! This guy is simply unbeatable!”

“¡Ó How is our princess?”

“Leave it to that yakuza knight! I’m not in the mood anymore.”

“What a pity… indeed! I don’t feel like having sex with this guy, so I’ll see you later. Bye, little sister.”

“Damn it… I can defeat you with just one finger… don’t run away if you dare… th…”

Michael was talking in his sleep. Was he so beaten that he had a nervous breakdown?… “Are you okay? Are you hurt? They’ve gone far away.”

Mike immediately rose from the ground when he heard the young girl’s call and took off the jacket he was wearing and draped it over the young girl’s frozen, purple body.

“Miss, are you okay?”

“Eh, thank you for saving me… um… hahaha!”

The young girl who had sincerely thanked him suddenly burst out laughing as soon as she raised her head.

“Huh? Is there something on my face?”

The girl tried to suppress her laughter and said cautiously, “I’m sorry? I shouldn’t have laughed? You only have the honorable proof of the knight’s spirit of protecting women on your face!”

“Thank you for your compliments! But… it’s too dangerous for you to force yourself to stay out there alone at this late hour!”

“I’m not out to play… I’ve just arrived in the city, and I’m here to find someone.”

“It’s already so late, the trains shouldn’t even be running, right?”

“I came here on a flying boat… and then, fell from the sky to here.”

“Huh? What bowl cake are you talking about! Tell me more about it, will you? If you’re looking for someone, maybe I can help you out. I may look a little weak, but I’m a detective! What’s the name of the person you’re looking for? Where does he live?”

“Since you’re so enthusiastic, I’m going to trouble you. Could you please help me find a Michael K.? Printon… do you know him?”

Mike’s mouth dropped open for a moment and he huffed.

“Ah… even if you’re a detective, you can’t know everyone, so I think it’s better not to bother. However, would you please keep it a secret?”

“¡Ó Actually, it’s not all bad!”

“Huh?”

“My name is Mike Plimpton. Who are you?”

At this moment it was the young girl’s turn to stare in disbelief.

“Hey! I’m asking you a question!”

Mike shook a fuming Jill before she replied as if she were waking up from a dream.

“… Jill… Jill, Plimpton! If you’re Mike, I’m your distant cousin Lo! But what a coincidence…”

Mike silently pulled out his ID card and showed it to her.

“It’s true! I can’t believe it…”

“I’m not too surprised, haven’t you ever heard of ‘chance is inevitable’?”

“Can… can I stay at your house? I’ll tell you everything. Grandpa Kim… no! It’s the whole world that’s in danger! You’re the only one I can count on now!”

Jill’s demeanor suddenly became serious as she walked up the steps and Mike had to let her go.

“What a willful girl. Grandpa Jin shouldn’t be in danger yet! Honestly, it’s thanks to him that I’m able to loiter so much! But why can’t I remember ever having such a cousin?”

“Mike! Get up here!”

“Forget it! Don’t guess! She’s become so cheerful all of a sudden, not at all like the girl who was almost taken… Koo… let’s just say she’s my cousin for now!”

Just as Mike mumbled something, a poster slowly fell from the sky.

“What is it?”

Mike picked up the poster, gasped, and stuffed it in his pocket.

“‘Serendipity is inevitable’ is really true!” Mike thought darkly for a moment before trailing Jill up the stairs.

Meanwhile, inside the Red Zeppelin.

After Dr. King pushed Jill out of the Boat Almanac, he picked up the gun on the floor and held it against his temple.

“Mike, forgive me! Let me take all the blame alone! If I live on, I’ll only be an enabler… I’m a foolish old man, so I’ll leave you…”

Card! The revolver spun, but no shots were fired, replaced by a cry from Irene.

“One step ahead! NO! I have something else to ask of you!!!”

The boarder was surprisingly caught on the cross that Erin had originally hung around her neck and could not be snapped down at all.

“Sh, what!?”

“Doctor, you are too stupid! If you don’t value your life, then something bad will happen to your granddaughter.”

Erin, who had suffered a gunshot wound to her left arm, braced herself against the pain. Her left shoulder was a bloody mess, but her right hand still clutched the gun.

“That girl took the ‘Shining Star’, do you think we’ll let her go? What will be her fate once she is recaptured?”

“But don’t worry, we won’t get her if you help us.

“¿…help you with what?”

“It’s simple, as long as you create another ‘Shining Star’, then the original one won’t matter and we won’t have to search for Jill. Dr. Kim, please say yes!

Erin bowed and pleaded with the old man, who looked at her blood-soaked shoulder.

“… Why don’t you let me die? Why… Okay! I promise you! But are you really willing to spare Jill?”

“Don’t you believe me no matter what I say? You should know full well that all we want is the ‘Shining Star’, and as for Jill, it doesn’t matter, so as long as you can finish making it sooner rather than later, then you can rest in peace as you wish.”

“You are an odious woman, but doesn’t your shoulder hurt? Why have you been able to support it for so long?”

In fact, Erin was bleeding profusely, and her injuries were very serious. She held back the pain, her shot left arm hanging low, her fingers twitching slightly in pain.

“Haha! Thank you for your concern… I am in pain, so much pain that I can hardly stand it! However, there is one more task I must accomplish – to persuade you to say yes! You once called me a madman, and it’s true! I am indeed a crazy little girl!”

“But a little girl to presume to conquer the world? Is that what you call a ‘mission that must be accomplished’?”

“Stop it! Stop thinking I’m delusional! Even show a little mercy to me, a sad madwoman!”

“┅┅”

“… I can’t hold on much longer! If there is too much blood flow, even the spells of the Order of the Cross will not be able to cure it, so I must quickly cast a spell to provide first aid.”

Erin turned to call on Creti on the bridge. Her face was a greenish-purple color due to the loss of blood, but she was still barely holding on.

“Doctor, you’ll have to stay here until the Shining Star is completed, it’s incredibly important to us in the future…”

Thud! Speaking of which, Erin had collapsed to the ground without support. She spat out large puddles of blood from her mouth, thus it seemed that she had injured her internal organs.

Usually in a state of limb injuries and ruptured internal organs, death is feared for the average person who is not desperately trying to remain conscious.

The Doctor stared at Irene, who had fallen in a pool of blood.

(”We should be able to kill her now…)

However, he was not willing to do so. For the woman insisted on completing her concept even when she was on the brink of death, a perseverance that terrified the Doctor, yet he couldn’t help but admire from the bottom of his heart.

Regardless of whether Irene’s intentions were good or evil, this ‘obsessive’ determination had deeply shaken the scientist who had spent his life searching for truth.

By the time Creedy arrived, Irene was unconscious.

“Ms. Irene! What’s wrong with you!?”

“I did it!” Dr. King said with brutal indifference.

“You traitor! What have you done with the Shining Star?”

“Hey! I’m not one of you! Besides, the Shining Star has already… Never mind! Why don’t you go and save the important female leader first? When she wakes up, she’s going to talk a lot more!”

“Damn old man! You want to die?”

“Eh? I want to die but I can’t. I hate my incompetence…”

“What did you say!?”

“Don’t worry! I won’t run away! It’s for the sake of this Horikou girl!”

Afterwards, Dr. King returned to his dorm room and lay down on his bed, and soon after, the sound of a radio came to his ears.

”The accident has been ruled out, and the ship will return to the Cross Corps headquarters in Germany for repair work…”

Dr. King began to regret that he had just sympathized with Erin.

“I can’t forgive her! This woman is really guilty…”

“In a nutshell, it’s those guys who want to conquer the world and then create their own ideal country.”

At Mike’s home, Jill tells Mike all she knows about the Rosicrucian Order and the captured Grandpa Kim. Of course, she has no way of knowing the depression that Dr. King is feeling at this time.

Mike just listened in silence, not saying a word, perhaps he was shocked at Jill’s agitated attitude!

(The recent noise was made by a flying boat! And it is also owned by a mysterious organization, the Rosicrucian Order! Also, the E-Mystery Crystals, which have been scientifically proven to be non-existent, have been created by the legendary dead grandfather, Kim Plimpton. It’s like something out of a science fiction novel…)

Jill took out the naturally glowing gemstone on her chest-the Shining Star.

“This is the only one of the world’s ‘fifth element’, the Ethereal Mystery Crystallization, you see!”

Normal gemstones only reflect light and don’t glow naturally, but the shining star itself could emit a faint glow, as Mike confirmed with his own eyes.

“But does this gem have any magical powers?” Mike finally broke the silence.

“I don’t know the details, but I do know that the Rosicrucian Order wants to use it to conquer the world.”

“Are you saying it’s extremely energized and can create powerful optical weapons?”

“Well, it also enhances the life energy of human beings! It’s how I live…”

“What!?”

“I have congenital heart disease, a strange disease that cannot be cured by modern medicine, fortunately, my grandfather created this gem for me to wear, and I was able to live until now. As for why it has this function, I am not sure.”

Mike had a confused look on his face.

“┅・・To summarize, it means that you have to rely on this jewel to survive, but the Rosicrucian Order wants it, right?”

“Uh, so…”

“Don’t worry, I’ll protect you. Hehe~ It’s time to sleep! I’m getting dizzy from all your miscellaneous talk, the room is ready for you.”

“Hey! I’m only halfway through!” Jill protested, while Mike was unmoved.

“Let’s talk about it tomorrow! It’s already late!”

“Uh… okay!”

“Well~ Goodnight Ro!”

Mike led Jill to the guest room and then back to his bed.

(…) I think it’s true that she’s my cousin, because she knows some family matters that only relatives know, but what about the rest? Is it all true? It’s unbelievable, but it’s not like she’s lying…)

Mike flicked a match and took a closer look at the poster he had just picked up.

The starkly printed poster depicting Jill reads: ‘The arrest of this woman will be worth one hundred thousand pounds in gold. Please hang five roses in front of your door and we will contact you within twelve hours. R.C. Rosicrucian Fellowship.

“According to this, what Jill said is true. The noise outside has also stopped, which coincides with her saying that there was an accident on the flying boat… Okay! But even if all this is true, what can I do? I’m just a small-time detective… Never mind! Let’s get Jill to a private and safe place first… phew~”

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.

“Mac… Mac… Mac…”

It’s Jill.

“… Go to bed early!”

“… Mike, I know you won’t necessarily believe what I just said, but…” Jill’s voice began to choke a little.

“I didn’t say I didn’t believe it! I’ll hear you out in the morning.”

“┅┅”

Jill quietly moved closer to the edge of the bed and proceeded to lift Mike’s sheet.

“What are you, what are you doing.!!?”

Jill didn’t say a word, just silently undressed Mike, who couldn’t react for a moment and was at her mercy.

Then, she completely removed her own clothing. As the two of them faced each other in the nude, the shining star that hung between Jill’s plump peaks emitted a soft glow and reflected on her soft white skin.

“I have a favor to ask of you, yet this is the only thing I can do for you…”

“Jill!?”

“… I trust you alone!”

“In that case, why offer yourself to me?”

“I’ve made up my mind… Mike…” said Jill, wrapping her arms tightly around Mike and kissing him.

“┅Mike, when you saved me just now, wouldn’t it have been better to use a gun?”

“A gun is nothing more than a weapon that boasts power, if things can be solved without it, I won’t use it.”

“That’s why I trust you! Michael, you’re greater than you realize, please help me! I… do whatever you want… you can consider it a token of my gratitude for repaying you…”

“┅┅”

Mike held Jill’s trembling shoulders tenderly.

“Ah!”

Mike’s hand slid down from her tender white neck to her breasts, gently caressing the slender body as Jill’s body began to react.

“ah… uh…”

Michael wanted to push his tongue into Jill’s secret garden, but her legs were tightly pressed together, so Michael lifted her legs up high and immediately wrapped his tongue around the fragrant stamen…

“ah… uh… no…”

There was a hint of resistance hidden in Jill’s faint panting, though Mike didn’t care, unable to taste the nectar of her delight.

“Aaaaah… don’t…” said Jill, her eyes glistening with tears, as Mike stopped.

Jill wiped away her teardrops and half peered at Mac.

“??”

“Forget it!”

“?”

“Forget it, forget it!”

“What’s wrong? Don’t you like me? Please don’t mind me…”

“No! I mean I’ll help you, you don’t have to sacrifice yourself anymore.”

“Mike! Really?”

“Eh, I’m not going to lie.”

“Mike! Thank you!” Jill was in tears of gratitude.

“… Just because I don’t touch you doesn’t mean you’re not attractive! Look…” Mike grabbed Jill’s hand and slowly reached for his lower part.

“Ahhhh!” Jill’s fingertips had only just touched the hard flesh when she reflexively retracted immediately.

“Hahaha! You really are ‘in the room’ yo!”

“Nasty! But… if you really want to, you can…”

“I’m just kidding you! Let’s spend tonight in pure innocence!”

“Mike, you’re such a nice guy!”

“Yes? Now hurry back to your room and go to sleep! We have a busy day tomorrow!”

“Hey! Mike!”

“What?”

“Shall we sleep together?”

“・・・Yes!”

“Good night Ro!”

(Oh, no! It looks like I’m in big trouble… But ‘a man’s word is his bond’, so from tomorrow on, I can finally stop being a moldy house dweller…)

The next day, Mike and Jill were still asleep when they were awakened by a sharp knock on the door.

“Who? It’s early in the morning and you’re disturbing people’s dreams! Ah! Maybe…”

“Hello! MIKE…” Jill had awakened, naked.

“Right! We slept together last night… You should get dressed quickly!”

“Huh? Oops! I’m not wearing any clothes!!!” Jill panicked and covered her chest with her hands.

“Don’t scream! I’m begging you, hurry up and put your clothes on! Yoyogi is in big trouble!”

Seeing Mike looking like an enemy, Jill’s sleepiness was lost and she mumbled something.

“Could it be those guys from the Crusade!?”

“Jill, hurry up and hide!”

Ka clang! The door to the foyer had been opened, footsteps plopped  plopped  straight in, and with a whimper the door to the room was violently pushed open.

“It’s too late…”

A young girl of about seventeen stood in the doorway, with beautiful blonde hair, a gray hair band adorned with a bow on her head, and a short tutu on her bottom half.

“Good morning, Brother Mike?”

“Barishya! Didn’t I tell you not to just barge into people’s homes? And to go straight to the bedroom, that’s really out of line!”

“Stop lecturing people! You don’t come to play with me lately!”

“Where do I get that American time to play!”

Jill surmised that the other party should not be an enemy based on the way Mike talked to the girl.

Suddenly glimpsing Jill, wrapped only in a sheet, hiding in a corner, Barisia turned and closed in on Mike, pointing at Jill and yelling at a high octave.

“… Who is she? You didn’t tell me! That’s too much! Brother Mike

“No! I…”

“Is she your girlfriend?”

“No…”

Mike had no choice but to tell Barricia the whole story.

Daughter of Sir Torre, a London celebrity, Barricia meets Mac at some party and the two become good friends afterward, with Mac always treating her like a sister.

Barricia was an inquisitive girl, and Mike was often scared out of his wits by her reckless behavior.

It was true! When Mike finished his sentence, Parisia shouted excitedly, “I want to help too! Take me with you!”

“This isn’t going to be fun yo! If you don’t do it right, you could get killed at any time!”

“It’s okay! Let me join in!”

“No!”

But Mike couldn’t resist Barisia’s super pestering skills in the end and had to agree to let her come along.

“As soon as the situation gets too critical, you go home, okay?”

“Where are we going now? Sis.”

After introducing herself, Parisia chatted with Jill, Mike’s words falling on deaf ears, and I wondered if she had listened to them or not.

“Let’s go find the Light Media Blast Gun first! It’s a gun made of gold!”

“Is it the gun with a bunch of jewels on it?”

“Huh? How did you know?”

“The gun should be at Oxford University now for identification, that’s what I heard from my dad this morning, and the newspaper has already reported the ‘discovery of a mysterious golden gun’, which is the latest hot topic in the neighborhood! Brother Mike, what kind of detective are you? You don’t even read the newspaper!”

“┅・・ Long-winded! I have my own intelligence network, I don’t need to read bad newspapers!”

“Brother Mike, you always have a whole bunch of messed up excuses!”

“Anyway, let’s leave after breakfast! On the way back, we’ll go to the library to check the details of the Rosicrucian Order, as the saying goes: ‘If you know your enemy and know yourself, you’ll win a hundred battles!'”

“┅My name is Jill, please be kind!”

“That’s so sweet! ‘Jill’ means jewel!”

“What’s going on? No one’s listening to me?”

Soon Mike and his party set off for Boddington Station.

It doesn’t take two bells to catch a train from Paddington station to Oxford. Mike and the others chatted on the train, most of the time, of course, in the voices of Jill and Barricia.

“They’ve only just met, and they’re like sisters… Barishka is a fearless woman, and Jill is very courageous… she seems to be like a sister to Barishka…”

Mike looked at them with a smile, but was the enemy also guarding the destination? A sense of foreboding sprang up in Mike’s mind, hence the silence.

“Brother Mike, why don’t you say anything?”

“Sorry! Barisia, I’m a little sleepy!”

“You go ahead and get some sleep! I’ll just chat with Jill-san.”

“Yeah! You must be feeling pretty tired after Jill’s fatigue bombardment by Barisia?”

“No! I didn’t even have friends before… It’s really pleasant to talk like this.”

“Sister Jill, Brother Mike is losing me!”

“Wake me up when you get to the station!”

Mike closed his eyes to rest, and had wanted to take the opportunity to draw up a plan of action, but the train had arrived at the station before he had any concrete ideas. Led by Parisia, the three of them arrived at the Oxford University research labs.

The University of Oxford is one of the world’s leading universities, with the largest library in Britain at the time and a number of attached research institutes.

However, there are only a few professors on campus currently, and even the students are mostly gone, all because London has descended into anarchy and chaos, and people are in turmoil.

“Ugh! It’s even more dilapidated than I expected…” Mike sighed as he looked at the many nasty words scrawled on the walls of the school building.

“It doesn’t matter! It’s not like we’re here for class anyway, as long as the library isn’t vandalized.”

“Barisia is right! Um, is the Appraisal Research Laboratory right here?”

“Right! The key to this place was kept by Dr. Tunney, the head of the research lab, that’s why this place was left untouched, Dr. Tunney was so brave, the original curator had ‘run around’ a long time ago!”

“Brother Mike knows a lot of details, do you know Dr. Tunney well?”

“No… actually I read it in a book…”

“I knew it, how could Brother Mike know the Doctor? Hahaha!”

Mike was a little offended by Barisia’s taunting.

“Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â How rude! Stop laughing, will you?”

“I just like to bully you! How’s that?”

“Barricia, don’t make fun of Mike like that, he’s so pathetic! Mike’s just trying to show off while he can!”

“Jee, Jill! Don’t you make a scene, okay?”

“I didn’t!”

Ignoring their argument, Barisia said, “Hey, you two, listen up! Listen up, I’m the Doctor’s favorite student!”

“What!?”

“Really?”

“Dr. Tony is an archaeology major, but he’s also good at linguistics! He’s my Latin teacher!”

“… I know you’ve been reading ancient books a lot, but how did you find a way to worship him?”

“Well, because my dad’s got it covered!”

Barisia’s father, Sir Torre, was a well-known scholar in London. His insistence on settling in London at a time when law and order is so bad shows that he is a patriot.

Under the influence of her learned father, it is not surprising that Barisia would be interested in the difficult studies that are too much in line with her age, and Sir Torre has never been stingy with money in order to satisfy his beloved daughter’s desire for knowledge.

“So you know Dr. Tunney well, then?”

“Right! So if I bring you guys here, you’ll definitely get to meet him, and you’ll get that Light Coal Blaster too ooooh!”

“Mike, it seems that you, the famous detective, don’t have as much of a clue as Barricia!”

“You, you stop!”

“Just kidding! Just let Barisia help! Okay?”

The group arrived at the door of the library and Barricia called out to Dr. Tunney.

The heavy doorway slowly opened. I was expecting an old man with a white beard to come out, but I was surprised to see a beautiful young man in his mid-twenties at most, with a straight nose and white skin… It was impossible to tell his real age.

The thick, high walls surrounding the foyer made the library gloomy even by day, so Dr. Tunney carried a lantern in his hand.

“Barisia, haven’t seen you in a while, what have you been up to?”

“It’s Dad! He thinks it’s too dangerous out there and won’t let me go out! But we’re not here for class today, we’re here to find something.”

“What is it? If it’s something the library has, go ahead and take it!”

“Great! I knew Teacher would say yes! I want to…”

“Barisia, let me do the talking.”

Parisia was about to speak when she was interrupted by Mike.

“May I ask if you’re a friend of Barisia’s?”

“Yes. I’m Michael Printon, a private investigator from London. I’m a London private investigator, Michael Printon, and I’m often under the care of Sir Torey, so I’m also responsible for the protection of Barishka… Sir Torey is just too busy!”

“So it’s Sir Torrey’s friend, Detective Mike! I’ve heard a lot about you! But it must be hard to take care of this Grinch, Barrichelle, huh?”

“It’s okay! Hahaha!”

“Hahaha! We’re mindful of each other.”

“This is outrageous! What are you guys babbling about?”

“Barricia, it’s okay! Just leave it to Mike!” Jill comforted the angry Barisia.

“Nasty! Don’t even think about who brought him here!”

“Mike was so humiliated just now, let him show it now! Anyway, as long as we can get our hands on the Light Media Blaster.”

“Light, light medium blasting gun!?”

Dr. Tunney blushed at once, and he walked over to Jill for a moment to scrutinize her, and a sudden smile came to his face, but it was back in an instant.

“Mr. Mac, may I ask who…”

“She is my cousin Jill and she is looking for a golden gun. We heard about it this morning before we asked Barisia to bring us to you, may I ask if you have the gun?”

“With the recent law and order situation, there have been a lot of counterfeits, so a lot of people have asked me to appraise them. The gun was delivered this morning, and I haven’t opened it yet… Please stay here for a while, and I’ll go and look for it.”

“Thanks! Please!”

Botou returned to the research room and walked out shortly afterward. He looked a little winded, and had obviously searched very hard.

“Whew~ The Light Medium Blast Gun has been found!”

Dr. Tunney took a deep breath, perhaps because the air in the research room was bad!

“Is there anything mysterious about that gun? Ms. Jill, why would a girl your age be interested in guns? Is that a work of art?”

“No! That gun was my father’s legacy. Three years ago, my father died, and the gun was taken away by bandits… Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo”

Jill cried a pearly tear, and Mike nuzzled up to her ear.

Hey! Isn’t the Light Medium Blaster made by the Rosicrucian Order? Why are you lying?” Idiot! It wouldn’t be the end of telling him the truth!”

That makes sense!”

“Ms. Jill!”

The Doctor didn’t seem too convinced, so Jill pushed harder.

“Dr. Tunney, can you return that gun to me? That was my father’s most prized possession when he was alive! Ugh…”

“… That’s very sympathetic! However, you must provide proof and complete the relevant procedures before you can take it away.”

What to do?”

Mike, do something!”

…make up a new set of words!”

I can’t! I’m nervous as hell!”

Mike and Jill whispered, but Parisia took the Doctor’s arm and pouted, “Please, please! Please?”

“Barishya, this is something that someone else commissioned me to identify, not me… okay! As long as Ms. Jill can present more concrete evidence, I’ll return the gun to her, and I’ll just take care of the police side.”

“Really? Teacher, you’re so nice!” Barisia cheered excitedly.

“Barisia, it’s for your sake!”

“Hey, hey, hey!”

“Ms. Jill, please follow me to the research room. Barricia, Mr. Mac, you guys wait here for a moment.”

“Can’t we go together?”

Mike was getting a little upset, and Jill said, “It’s okay!”

“Right! I don’t know who I have to listen to if you guys come together, you talk and I talk and I don’t know who to listen to!”

Dr. Tunney explained, but Mike retorted coldly, “Is that so? The doctor seems to be afraid that we’ll take the gun away from him?”

“Nah! It’s not that I don’t trust you guys, I just have to take careful precautions!”

“Mike, I’ll be fine! Don’t worry!”

“¡®Okay! I’ll see you later then!”

However, Mike has made a fatal mistake.

Why did Dr. Tunney conclude that the gun was a photocatalytic blaster? In a short period of time, with the limited information available, it would have been impossible to make an immediate identification! Besides, how did he know the name of the gun? Unless he’s somehow connected to the Rosicrucian Order!

Chapter 2: The Rosicrucian Order

“Wow! I can’t read a word of this!”

“These are in Old German with some Latin mixed in, so of course you can’t read lo!

But this book you found seems to work!”

“Since the cover is a rose and a cross, I’m guessing there’s probably a connection lo!”

Mike and Barricia look up information about the Rosicrucian Order in the huge library.

“Brother Mike, you’re a ‘blind cat who found a dead rat’ by mistake!

But there’s no use in not being able to read it, go over there and find an English translation!”

(What an unforgiving girl…) Mike cursed in his heart, but at this point, he had to give in.

“Not bad for Dr. Tunney’s prized disciple, read it!”

“Well, this one is ‘The Reputation of the Friendship Group’, and there’s ‘Confessions’ and ‘The Chemical Wedding’… something or other! The title of the book is ‘The Rosicrucian Statement’… Let’s look around for others!”

“That’s a pretty detailed explanation!”

“You should have gotten the explanatory book first, that would have been more efficient… Did you really go to college? It’s doubtful!”

“Of course I knew I had to get the commentary book first, but I thought having you translate would be enough…”

Mike argued, and Barisia replied dismally.

“But I can’t read it!”

“┅” After a moment of silence, Barishya suddenly spoke.

“Why isn’t Jill’s sister back yet?”

“Will something happen?”

“I’ll go find Sister Jill, you stay here and keep checking.”

“Okay! I might get the Doctor mad if I go, and anyway, if anything goes wrong, just call me.”

“Eh, more than screaming, but I can’t type!”

“Of course! I wake up to you every morning.”

“Hahaha~ Then I’ll go lo! By the way! There are no English books in this section, so it’s a waste of time to look for them again!”

“I know, I know, I know! Just go!”

“Eh, go Mike whoo!” Barisia scurried out of the library.

Iso… the thick sound of the door closing reached Mike’s ears.

“Even adults have to be afraid of her! But that’s the cutest thing about her!”

But an unexpected calamity has befallen Barisia.

“Aaah!” Barisia had only taken one step out of the library when she was taken by some unknown person.

“Brother Mike~ Help!”

But the cries for help were blocked by the heavy doorway, and Mac heard none of them.

“Barishka asked me to look for the narration book… uh… the Rosicrucian Order in…”

Inside Dr. Tunney’s research room.

“Is this the one you were looking for?” The Doctor placed the light-media blaster on the desk.

The light-media blasting gun was made of gold, and its body was engraved with gorgeous patterns and adorned with gemstones, making it an extremely fine product, especially the emeralds on both sides of the front end of the barrel, which were even more brilliant.

“That’s it right! Dr. Tunney, please leave it to me!”

“If this is your father’s relic, then the maker is your grandfather Lo!”

“You, how did you know! I… I mean…” Jill became stammering as her lie was exposed.

“No need to explain! The emerald on this gun is the light-mediated crystalline stone, which gives the gun extreme power right?”

“┅”

“Heh heh heh! This is Chief Irene’s favorite gun, it’s the first time I’ve seen it with my own eyes, I didn’t expect that I’d get it with no effort after stepping on a piece of iron shoes, not to mention that the Shining Star has personally delivered it to my door!” Dr. Tony raised the Light Coal Blast Gun high in the air and said smugly.

“What, what did you say!?”

Jill was instantly florid, but the Doctor was instantly a different person, with a sinister look on his face.

“This is the love gun of our Rosicrucian leader─Miss Irene!” Dr. Tunney aimed the gun at Jill.

“You are…”

“I’m Ella, a Crusade officer, and Tony is just my alias.”

“So… you’ve been deceiving Barishya all along!”

“I didn’t mean to deceive or take advantage of Barisia, but it was all karma, and the trip to London was certainly rewarding.”

Jill’s face turned deathly white.

“How…”

“You’re dead in the water! Stunna, are you there?”

“I’m here, Sister.”

The door to the inner room opened and a woman stepped out. She was wearing the same white robe as Dr. Tony… no! No! She was wearing the same white robes as Ella, and many men who looked like henchmen stood behind her.

“‘Sister?’? So you’re a woman!?”

“That’s right! A woman as a college professor would be too noticeable, that’s why I’m dressed as a man.”

Now, even the voice has become shrill.

“Too much bravado can be bad, yo! Just behave yourself!” Stunna laughed, but Jill wasn’t about to fold her arms.

“I won’t admit defeat.”

Swoosh~ Swoosh~ Jill took the small pistol out of her arms and shot it at the enemy, the weapon Mike had given her for defense, but all two rounds went into the wall.

“Huh? This…”

“This gun only holds two rounds, so the show is over, right? Now hand over the Shining Star.”

Stenna abruptly tore through Jill’s blouse and forced the crystallized stone from her chest.

“No! The Shining Star has been taken away from me, I…” Jill collapsed to the ground unsteadily, probably in shock from losing her life-supporting device!

“You wouldn’t be alive without this shining star, would you? Brothers, we don’t need this chick anymore, she’s yours! However, the ‘period of use’ is very short!

You have to play before it’s too late!”

“Hey, hey, hey!”

The men let out evil, lewd laughter and dragged the drained Jill to another room. At that moment, the sound of a very subtle conversation came from the original research room, but it was not clearly audible.

“Stunna, Jill is almost dead, what about the other girl who came with her? Don’t let her get away lo!”

“Got her already, sis.”

“Yes… I’m sorry about that! Goodbye, Baricha!” Ella murmured a little sadly, her mind flashing back to the tragic fate that was about to befall Baricha, who had been her beloved disciple.

“Sister, what’s wrong with you?”

“┅Nothing, I have to prepare the information for the report now before I can do anything else, and keep an eye on the two light medium crystals.”

“Yes! Sister, Ms. Irene will reuse us in the future, right?”

“Well… that little bitch, Kriti, was so arrogant and superior…” Hmph! This time, I’ll finally be able to get my revenge!”

“It’s confusing… Secret societies aren’t necessarily evil organizations! Why do they want to conquer the world? I’ll have to look into it a little more closely. Why are Jill and Barisia so slow?”

With both girls in grave danger, Mike walks obliviously to the library next door.

“What are you doing? Get off me!”

Barisia’s hands were handcuffed, her entire body was bound with ropes, and she was surrounded by several men who looked like gangsters.

“We’re just following orders, in fact, we can’t bear it!”

“Hmph! Who the hell are you guys? Why are you arresting me?”

“We’re lower level members of the Rosicrucian Order, phew~ finally done!”

“How did the Crusaders sneak in here? What do you mean it’s done?”

A man pulled out a sharp blade and pressed it against Barisia’s chest.

“Waaaaaaaahhhh~ You, you’re going to kill me!?”

“That would be against orders, yo! Don’t you dare move!”

The man with the knife skillfully slashed Barisia’s blouse open by the neckline, and the shirt was immediately reduced to rags, but the rope was still intact.

“What a great sword technique, now let me have some excitement instead!”

The other man roughly stripped the rags from Baritia’s body, revealing her glistening breasts, and the man appeared to be getting even more aroused. He then tore her skirt, leaving Baritia with only a pair of panties to cover her body, but they were soon cut mercilessly by the knife-wielding man from earlier, and the Crusaders admired Baritia’s body to their hearts’ content.

“Hey, hey, hey! This toddler sister is actually a boobie!”

“Whoa! Don’t look at me~”

“Haven’t seen you there yet! Hey, open up!”

One of the men grabbed Barisia’s legs and pulled them apart violently, her most private parts were unreservedly presented in front of the crowd, and although Barisia resisted to the death, she was unable to break free from their control, as a group of men’s eyes stared deathly at her white pattered secret parts.

“It’s beautiful!”

“See she’s still a hairless ‘white tiger’ yo!”

“That’s the only way to see it clearly! Hahaha!”

The men’s jeers kept reaching their ears, and Barisia felt it was a humiliation worse than death.

Suddenly the laughing and bantering stopped and Barisia looked up in fear as she saw a woman walk in. Barisia had thought she was saved, but the moment the woman made her exit, it completely crushed her hopes.

“Ready? Stand down!” Stunna ordered, and the men left reluctantly.

“Heh heh! I’m going to enjoy the best part!”

The words sent a shiver down Barisia’s spine.

“Brother Mike! Help me~”

A sad whimper filled with fear rang out, but Mike couldn’t hear any of it.

“The Rosicrucian Order of Friends was founded by a gifted alchemist, Christine Rosanello. It was a secret society founded in Germany in the 17th century. The teachings of the group included magic, alchemy, and Kappara philosophy, and attracted many intellectuals of the time. However, the meetings of the members were not open to the public, so there are no records to confirm the existence of this organization… Hmmm… Is it possible that a mysterious organization founded more than a hundred years ago has been resurrected? That’s ridiculous! I can’t believe this nonsense about immortality and the Sage’s Stone! However, regardless of whether this is true or not, these guys are indeed a formidable enemy…”

The base of the ‘enemy’-the Rosicrucian Regiment, as Mike called it-was in Fussen in southern Germany, hidden in the treacherous mountains of the Alpine foothills, an underground base with multiple functions. The only thing exposed on the surface of the base was the tarmac of a huge flying boat, but due to the skillful concealment of the terrain, it could not be seen from the air when looking down.

For a long time, members of the Rosicrucian Order called this secret base the ‘House of Elves’.

At this moment, the cadres of the Crusade are gathering at the House of Elves for a countermeasure meeting against last night’s flying ship accident.

Although the flying boat was spared an explosion, the Red Zeppelin, which crossed the sea back to Germany, suffered serious damage that took more than two months to repair.

“The flying ship didn’t blow up, but the Shining Star wasn’t gotten either, so it wasn’t a waste of time!!!”

The tone of Erin’s voice was extremely stern, and Seahawk, one of the cadres, replied timidly.

“Yes, yes, that’s why both Ella and Stenna were already sent to London last night.”

“Those two are not reliable at all! This is a matter of great importance… that kind of low-level raw talent won’t work.”

“I’ve assigned them some extra hands.”

Creedy, however, suddenly jacked in.

“Shut up! Miss Irene is right, needless to say it’s made of pure gold, how can fools who can’t even tell silver from silver be given a heavy responsibility? Seahawk, you also rush to London! However, I see that you and them are both half-assed, and an alchemist who can’t even use the ‘Sage’s Stone’ must be an impostor as well!”

“Damn… You have learned many secret skills from Ms. Irene, but you have not practiced them properly, and now you are here spouting pouting words, but in fact, you are nothing more than a bitch who knows how to show off!

“Hmph! The fox’s tail is finally showing, isn’t it? Let me tell you, I can destroy you with just a flick of my finger, with no effort at all.”

“You…”

Seeing that a heated fight was on the verge of breaking out, and that Erin would not stop it, Daisy, another senior cadre, could not stand to watch.

“Creti, Sagittarius, don’t argue! We’re all comrades, why can’t we live in peace?”

Daisy is a young girl with a male-like appearance, a hardworking and upright character, and a loyal member of the organization, with a status comparable to Creedy’s, both of them being the highest cadre next to the leader. However, her influence is slightly weaker than that of the favored Creedy, and she is therefore hostile to Creedy.

As a matter of fact, not only Daisy, the other cadres also regarded Creti as a ‘sycophant who only greets and flatters’. Creedy was the youngest, yet she held an extremely high status, plus she was arrogant and rude, and she pretended to be coquettish every time she spoke to Irene, so they were all eager to get rid of her.

“Creedy, Daisy is right, a group has to be of one mind to work together, apologize to Seahawk.”

Irene signaled for Creedy to apologize, and Creedy immediately said in a winking voice, “Yes, Irene-sama. Seahawk, I’m sorry! I’m sorry! My mouth is just cheap, deserve to be beaten!”

Creedy purposely puffed her cheeks out even more, enraging Seahawk even more as she clenched her fists and screamed.

“Are you… playing me for a fool?”

“Forget it! Seahawk, Creedy you’re almost as good.”

Daisy stopped Seahawk, then looked at Irene, then her lips pursed as if in wordless protest.

“Ms. Irene, it’s really disconcerting to have only Ella and Stenna in London, I think it’s better to send additional Seahawks to London for support!”

“I’ll get the Shining Star and the Light Media Blaster back!”

Sagittarius saluted and retreated, and Daisy continued, “I used the ‘Space Movement Technique.

Send Sagittarius to London and get away for a while.”

For Sagittarius, ‘Spatial Movement’ was still one of the more difficult intermediate spells, so Daisy’s assistance was needed.

“Yes, please.”

After the two left, Creedy whispered to Erin, “Is that Seahawk guy okay?

“Don’t talk like that! There are other people here!”

There are still other cadres in the room.

“In case she fails, it doesn’t matter, we still have Dr. King on hand, the plan will work.”

“But…”

“Have some faith in her! Aren’t we comrades in the ‘Friendship Corps’?” Erin said softly, before turning to face the other cadres.

“Where has Lulu been? Not attending a meeting at such an important time, not at all like a senior cadre!”

Lulu was also a senior cadre of the Cross Corps, of the same rank as Daisy, though with higher mana than Daisy. However, strangely enough, it was as if she had disappeared lately, not even attending the regular cadre meetings, nor did she give a reason for her absence.

“We have informed her, but…”

“Okay! Tell her I must see her at the next meeting!”

“Yes.”

“This Lulu fellow! It’s such a big deal, but he doesn’t take it to heart…”

Erin bit her lip via in exasperation, but then calmed down and continued to chair the meeting.

In Oxford.

After the Shining Star is taken away, Jill is sprawled out on the floor, with the Lightning Medium Blast Gun at her side and a bunch of men present.

“This woman has no voice, all she does is give death glares, it’s no fun!”

“It’s so hard to borrow the Light Medium Blast Gun from Ms. Stenna, with this, won’t she be able to regain her strength?”

“Hey! You could have at least said ‘no’!” The man said as he kicked Jill lightly.

“Hmph! Nasty guys! Don’t you dare, I won’t let you have your way!”

“Still talking tough at the end of your life, let’s see how long you can hold out, heh heh heh!”

The men began to strip Jill of her clothes, and as her panties were removed, Jill fought back a little, but then stopped making a sound. Since arriving in London, she had prepared herself for the worst.

“Huh? You still haven’t responded, huh! Let’s see what you do later!”

They began to fondle Jill, constantly rubbing her breasts, buttocks… and teasing her most private parts.

Jill remained silent, gritting her teeth and enduring.

“Hey! Why are you still as unresponsive as a dead fish?”

“Hmph! I’ll see to it that I have to get on quickly.”

“Little sister, stop pretending and have fun with your brothers!”

“I’ll bite my tongue!!!” Jill burst out through gritted teeth.

“Vaguely! Finally, you’re talking! If you want to die, be my guest.”

“What!?”

“It’s the same whether you’re dead or not anyway, there’s no response to how you’re messing with it.”

“Hey! She’s dead, her body will harden!”

“Then maybe it’ll be more fun! Heh heh heh!”

“┅You animals!”

“Cut the crap! Wrench her away!” The others began to yell in an uproar.

Even though she had prepared herself mentally to kill herself, Jill still couldn’t help but scream when she was actually faced with a critical situation.

“No!!!”

“Little sister, it’s too late!”

Bang! Just then, someone broke through the door. A man dressed as a Japanese samurai broke in and yelled at the men.

“So many people bullying a little girl is really not like the behavior of a great man, stop!

“What the hell are you screaming about? Dare to spoil my good deed, are you impatient to live?”

“Since I’ve been allowed to run into such unseemly filth, I won’t leave it alone, take your life!” The samurai had already taken the opportunity to draw his long sword.

Mike, who was still in the library checking out complicated and difficult books, dozed off with extreme fatigue.

Suddenly…

Clang! The loud clang of metal on metal woke Mike, who had fallen asleep on his book.

“Huh? What’s that sound? Could it be…”

Mike panicked and ran to the door of the room where the sound was coming from, where a hot battle between life and death was taking place.

Jill was completely naked as a samurai-looking man with a sword fought the enemies, several of whom had been broken to the ground, leaving only one and the samurai to engage in a furious battle.

“Jill! What happened! Shit…”

Bang! Gunshots rang out.

“Watch the move! Come to your senses!”

The samurai took the opportunity to swing his sword violently at the enemy who was stunned by the gunshot, and blood immediately erupted in large quantities as the man crumpled into a pool of blood.

“Mike, you finally came to my rescue!” Jill darted toward Mac, who hugged her tightly.

“I’m sorry! I didn’t protect you properly… Luckily this samurai saved me. What’s going on here? Where is the Shining Star?”

“It was taken… by Dr. Tony.” Jill told Mike what happened.

“Luckily, those guys brought the Light Medium Blasting Gun, although I can survive on it, this Light Medium Crystal is too small, it probably won’t last too long, we’ll have to… oops~”

Jill suddenly glimpsed the samurai off to the side, he was covered in blood from head to toe, his face was stained black, his eyes were glazed over, and his appearance was extremely terrifying, Jill was so scared that she hid behind Mike, trembling.

“┅Haha! Fighting with a sword is really troublesome, if only my marksmanship was better…”

The samurai laughed to himself as he wiped the blood from his face, which was actually a gentle face.

“I’m sorry! She’s in shock and hasn’t recovered yet, so I’ll thank you on her behalf! Alas? By the way! Why are you here.”

“There is no need to be polite! I’m just tired of seeing these rats running around, so I pulled out my sword to help them. In fact, I should be thanking you, if not for your timely shot just now, I’m afraid I’d be the one who’d be killed by the sword right now!”

“No… Ugh! Let’s not be formal! I’m Mike, the private detective, and you’re…”

“My name is Ryoma, I come from the eastern island nation of Japan. I came to the British Empire because I was born in the countryside and wanted to see the world. But when I got here, I wandered around and didn’t even learn English, and what’s worse is that then I got sick and collapsed in the middle of nowhere, dying…”

“When you fell by the side of the road in your exotic garb and with a sharp blade, surely no one dared to come forward to check on you?”

“That’s right! But a girl saved me and took me to her house to take care of me. I asked her, ‘Aren’t you afraid?’ She just said, ‘I can’t help you if you’re dying.'” I will never forget the smile on her face… After I recovered, she let me stay at her house as I had nowhere else to go.”

“I see she not only healed you, but even your broken heart, how great!”

“Yes. I secretly vowed to repay her favor twice over, and if I ever get the chance in the future, I’ll spend my whole life paying it back.

“What an admirable woman to meet! But from what you say, it seems you’re not together right now?”

As soon as Mike asked, Ryoma instantly became sad.

“Early one morning, she suddenly left the house, leaving a note that said, ‘I have to go back to my real home, I’m sorry!’ After that, she never came back. Although I vowed to find her, I still have no clue…”

“If you’d like, let me help you out, and Jill will help you too oooh!”

“I can’t thank you enough! I’m like a drowning man grasping at straws now, I won’t give up any chance. By the way! She has beautiful long blonde hair and eyes as clear as the sea…”

Ryoma began to enthuse about the girl’s appearance, and Mac stopped him nonchalantly.

“Wait! These are too abstract, you should tell some concrete information such as name, place of origin… etc.”

Ryoma’s face became somber.

“I’m sorry… In fact, she hardly says anything about herself, and even when I ask her, she doesn’t want to say much. All I know is that her name is Lulu and that she was in an organization called the ‘Rosicrucian Order’, other than that, I don’t know anything.”

“!!!” Mike and Jill were too surprised to speak, their four eyes levitating to each other.

“It is because of this that I came to the library  to gather information related to the Rosicrucian Order, but the doors here are locked deep every day, and I didn’t realize that they were actually open today! When I came in, I found a group of people surrounding this young lady… Huh? Mr. Mack, are you listening?”

While Mike remained frozen, Jill’s mood turned agitated.

“Ryoma-san, although you saved me, the girl you mentioned is my enemy, and if she really is a member of the Evil Organization… are you also…”

“She should be from the Rosicrucian Order right… What does ‘evil organization’ and ‘she is your enemy’ mean?”

“Hey! Jill, don’t be so impulsive!”

“I am not impulsive! This man must be pretending to come to my rescue before he waits for an opportunity to deal with us! Mike, strike before he kills us!”

Jill anxiously urged Mike, who was already deeply threatened by the Crucifix, and had lost her mind even more after the severe abuse she had just suffered.

“Jill, calm down! Ryoma didn’t mean to hurt us at all, and there’s no way he’d kill his own companion to trick us, not to mention the fact that the Shining Star wasn’t already taken?” Mike calmly analyzed, and Ryoma still couldn’t figure out the situation.

“I don’t understand what you’re saying at all…”

“And you’re playing dumb! Tell you what! Those corpses are members of the Rosicrucian Order, and your benefactor─that one called Lulu─is their accomplice and our enemy.”

“No way… Lulu said the Rosicrucian Order is a charity!”

“It seems like you don’t know anything, that woman was simply lying to you, is it possible for a charity group to be violent towards girls?”

“┅” Ryoma bowed his head, his body trembling slightly.

(Whether it’s true or not, if he criticizes the girl he loves like this, he might get angry… it’s too dangerous…) Thinking about it more and more, Mike tried to lighten the mood with a few words.

“Jill, don’t get too excited… I’m sorry! Ryoma, calm down and listen to me, take a close look at these corpses, they all have this badge on their chests, do you recognize it?”

“This… is the same as Lulu’s badge…”

Ryoma exclaimed as he hastily wiped the blood off his badge, which was inscribed with ‘R. C’, the banner of the Rosicrucian Order.

“Ryoma, I’m sorry! But that’s the way it is…”

“So… Lulu is really…”

“I guess even in an evil organization, there are good people, and Lulu is a good girl.”

“┅So what? Ah~ it hurts so much!”

Before Jill could finish her sentence, her ass was pinched hard by Mac, and she screamed out in pain as Mac whispered in her ear.

As much as you hate the Rosicrucian Order, this guy is so depressed right now, if you irritate him any more, our heads might move!”

What about…? Let’s get out of here! We’ve got the Light Blaster, but the Shining Star is gone, and I don’t know what’s happened to Barishka.”

Mac’s warning had worked, and Jill was about to leave the room with Mac as if nothing had happened, when Ryoma stopped her.

“Wait!”

“Huh!?”

“It’s not going to be a sudden stab from behind, is it!?”

While Mike was sweating with nervousness, Ryoma wiped away his tears and said in a calm tone, “Let me join you in the fight against the Rosicrucian Order, okay?”

“But, but… where is Ms. Lulu?”

“If I move with you guys, maybe she’ll come to me first.”

“But what if she sees you as an enemy?”

“I believe Lulu!”

“No… Ugh! Okay!”

Mike finally agrees to let Ryoma in, and Ryoma’s fighting spirit is even higher than theirs after hearing their brief explanation.

“Let’s find that gem first, let’s go!”

Mike and Jill followed him helplessly, Jill still asking uneasily.

“Mike… can you really trust him?”

“No problem! Didn’t he save you?”

“Uh, but…”

“I’m a detective, trust my vision! Hahaha!”

Mike kept calculating in his heart. In fact, the shot he had just fired was simply coincidental, but now it was a blessing in disguise, and it was something worth celebrating to get such a strong partner.

But what about Barishka? Where did she go?

“What are you… what are you doing…” said Barishka, her cheeks twisting into a ball from her extreme fear.

“I want your first time! Didn’t I say I wanted to enjoy the sweetest part of you?”

Stenna stripped off her clothes, revealing a curvaceous torso, the same body that had mesmerized Ella the most. But to Barisia, it was a demon of incomparable horror.

“I don’t want to! You go away~” Barisia squirmed desperately, trying to break free of the bindings.

“No! Don’t~”

Stunner simply ignored Barisia’s struggles and grabbed her by the scruff of the neck.

“Behave yourself!”

“┅Need my help?”

That’s when another woman appeared.

“Mr. Tunney! You’ve finally come to my rescue!”

However, Barisia’s hopes were immediately dashed.

“You are mistaken! I’m Miss Stenna’s subordinate-Alessa, Dr. Tony… no! I should say I’m Ms. Ella’s cousin. We look so much alike that we’re often mistaken for each other!”

“Aretha, you cuff this guy.”

Alesha held down Barisia’s hands and feet and stiffly cuffed the torture device.

“Did you guys kill Mr. Tunney!?”

“You really don’t know?”

“??”

“Tony is a pseudonym, her real name is Ella and she is the head of the British branch of the Cross.”

“You’re lying! I don’t believe you!!!”

“Why would I lie to you? You know what? She’s the one who ordered your arrest, yo!”

“What! Really…”

Parisia suddenly remembered the strange look on Dr. Tunney’s face when he heard about the light-media blowing up the gun.

“┅” Barishya resigned herself to her fate and stopped struggling.

“Huh? Quiet so soon huh?”

“Aretha, stop it!”

“Yes. Can I stay and watch?”

“That’s fine! I should have known to let you prepare it, unlike those guys who are rough and tumble.”

Stunna took out an artificial dildo about the thickness of a child’s arm, pressed it against her secret pussy, and slowly thrust it inward.

After a few tens of seconds, all of it had entered Stefania’s body, making her feel like a man.

“┅Hoo! I’m ready!”

Both of her arms were bound behind her back with torture restraints, and she lay prone on the floor while her hips were positioned in a high arched position.

“It doesn’t matter what happens to me… I never thought that my trusted teacher, Mr. Tony, would…”

Stunner lifted Barisia’s ass, pulled her legs apart, and pressed her prick against her secret slit.

“Going in…”

The unopened hole was too narrow to enter easily, so Stunna pushed in harder.

“Ahh! Waaaaaahhhh~”

Barisia screamed from the pain, and though her mind was traumatized immensely, the cone of pain suffered by her flesh was more immediate.

“It hurts! It hurts wow! Ahhhhhh~”

“Your screams turn me on even more oh!”

Stunna slowly increased her force and the artificial dildo gradually entered into Barisia’s honey pot. Parisia couldn’t help but whimper as the pain intensified.

“ah ah ah… uh uh ah…”

The stick had gone deeper, and the resistance had increased, yet the pleasure of the forced jabs made Stunna even more aroused, and that was the ‘sweet pleasure’ she relished.

“Ah… so good… that’s what it feels like!” Stefania let out a joyful exclamation.

Stunna and Barisia had become one, and Barisia let out a heartbreaking wail as the dildo was fully buried in Barisia’s secret passage.

Stenna clamped down on her, content to savor the pleasure of abusing another.

“Haaah! I’m going to be even more excited later!”

Stunna began pumping powerfully and soon climbed to the peak of extinction.

“WAH AH AH AH…” Barishka could not bear the pain of the broken melon and her consciousness was blurring.

Stunna finally pulled out her artificial device.

“Hee hee! She’s passed out yay! Alesha, get rid of her.”

“Yes.”

Balisha fell to the ground with a wounded body and mind, and gradually became unconscious… Mike and the others finally found this place.

“Barisia! Bastard! What the hell have you done to her!?”

“Nothing, I was just about to deal with her!”

“Damn~”

Seeing the horrific state of the abuse of Barrichelle Summer, Mike was so angry that he lost his rationality, and without saying a word, he immediately drew his gun and shot through Arethusa.

“Barisia, what happened!?”

“Brother… Mike! I, I…”

“Mike, stop asking, she’s hurt bad.”

“Damn it! Balicha… I’m sorry! It’s all my fault for not protecting you properly!!!”

“No… I don’t blame you…”

Mike and the others decide that they want Barricia to go back first, but she insists that she won’t give up, and her determined attitude forces Mike to compromise and agree to let her stay on.

Chapter 3: The Elfin Covenant

“What? The Light Medium Blast Gun has been taken away!?”

“I’m very sorry! Sister…”

While Ella was in her room preparing the information for her report to the Ministry, Stunna rushed in in a panic.

“Where are those guys?”

“Probably still in the library…”

DAR DAR DAR DAR… disorganized footsteps are gradually approaching.

“Are you looking for us?”

Mike and his party appeared in the doorway, and Dr. Tunney, whom Barricia had always admired, had reverted to his daughter’s body.

“Where are the guards!?”

“You mean those three-legged cats! have been called by the Lord’s favor to accompany God! Ryoma, right?”

“My shoulders are sore from killing, and this blade is nearing its limit, isn’t it?”

Dragon Horse’s blade was stained with blood and had a few chips, enough to show the intensity of the fight just now.

“A man covered in blood is a heartbreaker!”

“Eh, he’s got that particular fetish.”

“Haha! Miss Jill still can’t stand my fighting style, huh?”

“Hey! Give me back the Shining Star!” Jill snapped.

“The devil will return it to you! You dare to come and mess with me, you’re going to die!”

Stunna picked up a crystal-like object next to the table and recited a spell before tossing it at Mike and the others.

“Wait! Stunna!”

Ella tried to stop Stunna, but the crystal had shattered in the air and turned into a silver arrow that shot at Mike and the others, an attack magic manipulated by alchemy, and was about to hit its target squarely.

In the nick of time, this huge silver arrow turned back and shot Stunna in the chest.

“How… is this…”

Stunna fell to the ground in response. She looked mournfully at Ella, whose expression was full of sadness and desolation.

“Stefania, I was too late to stop you. That girl knows defense, and when I taught her the ancient language, I also taught her the defense of magic… I know it’s against the rules, but I didn’t think it would have these consequences… I’m sorry!”

As soon as Stenna cast her spell, Barisia made a defensive boundary in the air, deflecting Stenna’s attack.

“Well… I hurt her anyway… But, Sister, why didn’t you tell me…”

Ella was dumbfounded.

“Ah! Never mind… Sister, I just want to ask you in the end… do you love me?”

“There’s no need for you to be jealous of Barishka! I only love her as a teacher and a student, and the only person I love is you, Sterna… forever…”

“Ella… I love you…”

The beam of light that surrounded her began to form a boundary as Stenna was about to gasp to death.

“Whoa! What kind of magic is this again!?” The blinding light caused Mike and the others to shriek.

Ella looked at them calmly.

“Stunna is suffering in purgatory right now… All the cadres of our Cross have signed contracts with the elves… no! Perhaps they are considered demons and devils to you! Before the death of a Legionnaire, a genie will give us sexual stimulation and then devour our souls. The appearance of the genie varies from person to person. Stefania is currently covered by this light, so even I can’t tell what’s going on with her now…”

With a sideways ear, a faint gasp could indeed be heard coming from the boundary.

“What exactly is your purpose in doing this?” Jill couldn’t understand it at all.

“Our purpose is to bring the great gospel to the world, and only by studying the immortal Tantra can we gain immortality, as did the great Master Christine! The Master has now been reincarnated as Ms. Irene, and it was to reach this state that we made a pact with the elf, and only by such a death can we gain higher magical powers.”

“But what does that have to do with conquering the world?” Mike asked in disbelief.

“Because then the best people can be selected to create the ideal world.”

“┅Tonny-sensei, this is cruel! I don’t believe this was your intention!” Baleisha finally spoke up.

“Barisia, as a member of the Rosicrucian Order, I will do whatever it takes to accomplish my mission. Hand over the Light Medium Blast Gun!”

Ella charged at Jill, who was clutching her light-media blaster.

“Ah!” As Barisia shrieked, Mike fired several shots in quick succession, shooting through Ella.

Ella faded to immobility, but still made faintly discernible noises.

“I’m not going to die yet. The genie will descend soon. Barishka, open your protective boundary, I’m afraid it’s going to be dangerous…”

“But…”

“Don’t you listen to your teachers?”

“YES…” with tears streaming down her face, Barishya opened the protective boundary.

“This will be safe! Balicha… I will be brutally tortured, I hope you won’t be afraid when you see it. I lied to you and even tried to kill you, and these are the rewards I deserve”

“Teacher!”

“┅I am not worthy of being your teacher! I am your enemy, Ella… vomit!” Ella spat out a mouth full of blood.

At that moment, the light that covered Stunna’s body disappeared, and the blade that was stuck in her chest turned into a material that looked like an animal’s horn, and Stunna’s body suddenly opened its eyes and stood up to walk towards Ella.

“Elf, you’re attached to Stenna, so you know about my relationship with her from her memories, right?””

Stunna’s dead body removed Ella’s clothes and began to caress her jade breasts.

“Well!”

When Stunna’s hand touched Ella’s chest, blood immediately spurted out of the wound, and Stunna sucked every drop out of her and rubbed her bosoms even harder.

“Ah… um!”

Ella spat out more blood, staining Stunna all over her body, their blood gradually mixing together, the floor covered in blood stains, then Stunna explored Ella’s secret pussy with her hand.

“G… Goh… Aah!”

Stefanova inserted one finger into the curved path, then a second and a third… Ella’s cheeks flushed with red.

Can there still be pleasure even in this condition!

“Ahhhhhh!”

Five fingers went in at once, and Ella continued to gasp as her secret passage overflowed with clear, vermilion juices.

“Haaaaaaahhhh~” Ella’s moans became higher pitched, unable to tell if it was pain or joy.

Stunna bit down hard on her nipple clit, carving a trail of blood across it.

“Uh-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa.”

Ella sobered up a bit from the intense pain and she turned her head to look at Barisia.

“B… Lisha… don’t… mess with… the Rosicrucian Order… know… that…”

“Teacher! Mr. Tony!!!” Balexia exclaimed, hugging Mike tightly with sadness.

“Barishya, don’t look at it anymore! It’s too cruel…”

“But…”

“Ahhhhhh~”

Stunna kept gnawing on Ella’s breasts, then proceeded to the torture of heart and lungs. Before Ella died, there were many screams of horror.

“Too cruel…” even Jill, who had a deep grudge against the Rosicrucian Order, couldn’t help but feel compassion.

“What the hell are these guys for? I don’t understand a thing!”

The last moment had arrived. Ella and Stena both fell still in a pool of blood, like two broken ceramic dolls.

Mike silently picked up the shining star that had fallen aside, wiped away the blood, and hung it back on Jill’s chest.

The group left Oxford.

Although the Rosicrucian cadres were annihilated and the Light Blaster was recaptured this time, there was no joy of victory in everyone’s heart…

Mike returns the physically and mentally traumatized Barisia to Sir Torrey’s mansion before returning home to rest.

When Sagittarius arrives at the library, she sees only the mutilated bodies of Ella and Stenna. Hiding in the corner in fear, the Crusaders report to her what happened.

“What? The Shining Star and the Light Medium Blaster were taken, all a bunch of useless idiots!” Exasperated, he shot down the unlucky troupe member who had come to report, and kicked Ella’s corpse a few more times.

“Going to attack while those guys are sleeping? Nah! It’s better not to do anything rash yet.”

Sagittarius handed out some tasks to his men before disappearing into the darkness.

The following morning, Mac was awakened by a scream. Since Jill’s arrival, Mac was exhausted by day and had no sleep at night.

“Mike! Come quickly…” screamed Jill.

Mike woke up Ryoma who was sleeping in a ‘big’ shape on the floor.

“What is it? It’s not going to happen again, is it?”

“Mike! Look…” said Jill, pointing to the bloody letter on the gate.

”We have investigated your background, and we do not want to do unnecessary killing. As long as you follow the instructions, we guarantee the safety of Jinbotu. Please bring your Light Medium Blast Guns and Shining Stars to the agreed upon location, see above for details.”

“Huh? “Above…”

The crowd looked up to see a strand of a woman’s hair glued to the detective agency sign, with an envelope tied to the end of it, which Mike removed as soon as he could.

“Really! This hair is glued on with blood…”

‘We are watching your every move, make your decision as soon as possible.’ R.C.’ The envelope bore a few bucket-sized words.

“Hmph! What a big mouth! Let’s go back inside!”

Entering the house, Mike opened the envelope, which contained a map of Europe tucked inside, and vaguely marked the German border.

“The location is in Germany, probably where the gang is based, but the map is too sketchy to see the correct location.”

“Probably trying to follow us along the way while we’re on our way to  gather intelligence!”

“Not giving away the hideout in the slightest, how prudent, so that they can sneak up on us in the dark Lo! This might be a trap!”

“It’s too dangerous, better not go!” Mike suggested, but no one seconded it.

“I’m going to look for Lulu, and it’s okay to go alone.”

“Maybe I’d be less noticeable without Jill, how about that?”

“┅Not only do I have to save my grandfather, but I also have to stop the Rosicrucian Order’s ambitions, so I have to go! And I’m not willing to sit here and wait for death!”

“Well..! Looks like we have no choice, and I mustn’t let this shining star that sustains Jill’s life be taken away from her again anyway!”

“Michael…”

“Don’t say a word! Go get ready!”

Jill and Ryoma answered together.

“But what about Barisia?”

“Even if she can use spells, we can’t let her take any more risks…”

“Yes…”

“Anyway, why don’t we go visit Barisia together?”

“┅These two fools are dead? That means Sagittarius didn’t make it?”

“Because there is a boundary at Oxford, we can only send Sagittarius to the nearest place first… I’m really, really sorry!” At the Elf House in Folsom, Daisy was reporting the progress of things to Irene.

“It’s not your responsibility, it’s Sah Ying who overestimated the abilities of those two, Ella’s ability isn’t bad but it’s too emotional, and to make matters worse it sent that incompetent Stena… Go and tell Sah Ying not to be discouraged!”

“Yes.”

Creedy, who was beside Erin, couldn’t help but interject again.

“That Seahawk guy is nothing but an incompetent don’t-legs!”

“Creedy, why do you always have to diss the gays? If you can do it, go yourself!”

“You are in no position to order me; if Miss Irene had asked me to go, I would naturally have been obliged.”

Creedy eyed Erin withdrawnly, a look that made Daisy feel rather offended, but she just dared to say something, and with Daisy’s belief that it was a great disrespect to criticize a leader’s private life, she kept it to herself.

“There’s no need for that, you guys just take care of fixing the flying ship, especially Daisy, and finish the reinforcement part as soon as possible.”

“The operation is going well, and the installation of the photoconductor cannons will definitely increase the performance and stability of the ship.”

“That’s good. However, the most important light medium doesn’t seem to be finished yet… I’ll go see how Dr. Kim’s progress is going.”

Erin got up to leave, but was pulled back by Creedy.

“Ah! Are you leaving?”

“┅I’ll be right back, and don’t make Daisy angry again, okay?”

“Yes, yes.”

Erin leaves the room and Daisy looks at Creedy with an expression that seems to say ∶You’re nothing if not charming!

Creedy felt Daisy’s marvelous eyes and shouted impatiently, “Hey! Why are you looking at me like that? Let’s go to the restoration factory together! Ms. Irene, tell us to get along!”

“Okay! Hurry up and finish your homework before you do.”

“That’s right! All for our great leader!”

“┅I can’t stand you! You’re always so flirtatious!”
